Delete Your Account

You can delete your Core Trading Bot account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open the Core Trading Bot app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (or tap your profile picture and open Profile & Subscription).
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

By email

If you can no longer use the app, email imeshakithmina62@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, email and sign-in).
• Your exchange API keys, bot settings, positions and trade history.
• Notification tokens for your devices.

What we keep

Payment records (plan, amount, date and order reference) are kept as long as the law requires for accounting, then deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play; cancel it there. Orders already placed on your exchange stay on your exchange account.
