Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Every purchase of a Core Trading Bot subscription (Monthly, 6 Months or Yearly) is final. Once a payment is completed, we do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated returns, including for unused time, a change of mind, or cancellation before the plan period ends.

What you are paying for

A subscription gives your account access to the Core Trading Bot apps for iOS and Android for the period you selected. Access to the iOS and Android apps is granted through your paid subscription on this website: after payment, sign in to the app with the same account to use it.

Please review before paying

• Check the plan, price and currency shown at checkout. The total is charged exactly as displayed.
• The app includes a paper-trading mode, so you can understand how it works before subscribing.
• Trading involves risk. Trading results, profits or losses are not grounds for a refund.

Cancelling

You may stop renewing at any time. Cancelling stops future charges only; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no refund is issued for that period.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order because of a technical error, contact us with your order details. Confirmed duplicate charges will be corrected, since they are not a valid purchase.
